When to book?

How do I book a Newborn Session when I don't know the exact date my baby will arrive?

As babies rarely arrive on their due date I allow plenty of space in my diary to accommodate for early and late arrivals. Most of my clients book around their 20 weeks scan. When you book with Blissful Moments get you pencilled in within the week after your due date, depending on babies arrival the booking can be brought forward or pushed back. 

Don't worry if you've missed the 14 day advisory we do sessions for older newborns too, babies just may be less sleepy and not able to do some poses!

How do I know if you have availabilty?

The first step is to contact me, through our Facebook page, email or on WhatsApp I will check my availability around your due date and I will try my best to reply to you within 24 hrs to let you know if I am free. 

Do You Require A Deposit?

A small deposit is required to secure your booking and I offer newborn photography prices and packages to suit every budget. There are no hidden costs, just choose the package that suits you. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the package and the balance is due on arrival of studio on the day of your session.  Payment plans can be arranged if you would like to spread the cost of your package.

What happens when the baby arrives?

The session ideally will be scheduled before the baby is 14 days old so the sooner you contact me the better and I will try to offer you a date that suits you best. I will then send you an message or email with information of what to bring and how to prepare for your session. I do tend to do my newborn sessions in the mornings as babies are generally more sleepy at this time.
